SKAKO, Inc. will now start planning for the 2008 Mixer Service Tour. As in previous years the MST will take place during the months of January/February. Please contact SKAKO to place your name on the list.
We will once again use Nils Hansen for the tour, as many of you know Nils has performed the MST for many years now. He will be contacting our regular customers directly, in the near future.
For those of you who are NEW to the MST. SKAKO will arrange for Nils to be on site at a pre arranged date, to carry out your Annual Mixer Service. He will work with your own maintenance crew, teaching them along the way.
All items specified in the SKAKO Mixer Service Manual will be addressed (unless agreed otherwise). This Service would normally take ONE day per mixer. A report will be issued, and records maintained by SKAKO for the following years MST. Standard service parts will be shipped to site before Nils arrives, any unused items may be returned to SKAKO (we suggest that they are kept ready for the next MST). Parts that are used will be invoiced separately.
Nils will be more than happy to assist with the service of other SKAKO mechanical items, and answer questions for you. He has years of experience that you can tap into! Please contact SKAKO for further information on the 2009 MST.

Tip for CONFLEX Users
For those of you with the SKAKO CONFLEX system, our service department has a tip for the oil cooler for you.......
Protect the oil cooler radiator from dust and concrete by placing a piece of Polyester filter material on top of the radiator. Filter sheet is easy to replace monthly and the radiator stays clean. Call SKAKO, Inc. more information. We will carry Polyester filter sheets in stock.
VISCO Probe for SCC Production
SKAKO has installed the first VISCO probe in the USA. This probe measures the VISCOSITY during the mixing cycle for production of SCC
